Frequently Asked Questions
Microblading and Nano Brows are procedures that create hair like strokes on your brows. Microblading uses a manual tool (sort of like a tiny blade) to create small cuts on the skin that resemble the look of hair strokes. Nano brows are done with a tattoo machine to create the hair strokes. Both of these procedures are suitable for dry skin only.
Powder Brows or also known as Ombre brows are done with a tattoo machine to create shading on the brow area. This procedure is the least invasive and heals the most natural out of all the other procedures.
Combo Brows is a combination of Microblading (or nano brows) with shading. Strokes are usually done at the fronts and edges of the brows where they're more visible and shading is done in the middle. This can be a great procedure for those with certain brow shapes and preferences.
On the day of your appointment, I will help you decide on which procedure to get, but ultimately, it will be your decision.
If you have previous work, you must send me a picture of your brows for approval prior to booking.

Healed results can last 1-3 years. This does not mean the color will completely disappear after that time, it means it wont look as saturated anymore. If you need a touch up, you can schedule one any time after 6 weeks from your last procedure.
No Botox treatments, Juvederm or other fillers 2 weeks before or after the procedure.
No chemical peels, accutane or retin-A 30 days before or after procedure
Your appointment will last approximately 3 hours.
If it's a touch up, it will last approximately 1.5 hours.
The eyebrow tattoo pigment will first get darker, then it will form scabs and peel off. During this time, the brows will appear spotty or patchy until the entire brow has finished healing. Once all the flaking is complete (typically around day 14), the brows will appear lighter than they were initially. The skin will normalize over the next 4 weeks and the pigment will return to the skin in its healed color. At 6 weeks, your brows will be fully healed. This is when you'll be able to analyze your eyebrows and decide if you need a touch up. At a touch up appointment, I will be able to asses your retention, touch up the spots that didn’t take, adjust the pigment color and/or shape as necessary.
No, you do not. The brows will appear darker initially, but nothing too crazy.
You will need to avoid water for 7 -14 days after! This includes excessive sweating, pools, lakes, salt water, and extreme sun exposure so plan your vacations accordingly! I will give you a link with full aftercare instructions on the day of the appointment.
